Kilo probleminde diyet, spor ve ruhsal dayana\u011f\u0131n daima birlikte ele al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini kaydeden uzmanlar, \u201cDengeli bir programla sorunun \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclmesi i\u00e7in ad\u0131mlar at\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ruh s\u0131hhati yeme al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 etkileyebiliyor<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hayat\u0131m\u0131zda her \u015feyin bir istikrar \u00fczerine konseyi oldu\u011funu, bu istikrarda sapmalar olursa istenmeyen durumlar\u0131n ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini kaydeden Op. Dr. A. Murat Koca, \u201cRuh s\u0131hhatimiz ve kilo al\u0131p – verme ortas\u0131nda etkile\u015fim her vakit i\u00e7in g\u00fcndemde olmu\u015ftur. Sistemsiz ve istikrars\u0131z beslenme, yeme bozukluklar\u0131, \u00e7ok zay\u0131fl\u0131k yahut kilo fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u015fi\u015fmanl\u0131k ve obezite ruhsal durumumuz taraf\u0131ndan etkilenir. Gerilim, \u00e7ok memnunluk, depresyon \u00fczere durumlar yemek yeme \u00fczerindeki denetimimizi ortadan kald\u0131rabilir ve fark\u0131na varmadan sistemsiz ve istikrars\u0131z beslenmeye ba\u015flayabiliriz.\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n

Op. Dr. A. Murat Koca, toplumun k\u00fclt\u00fcrel yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra ki\u015finin e\u011fitimi, sosyoekonomik durumu, cinsiyeti, ya\u015f\u0131 ve mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn insanlar\u0131n kilosuna taraf verirken, ki\u015finin ruhsal durumu ile de her vakit kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 etkile\u015fimde bulundu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi.<\/p>\n

Psikolojik problemlerin insan\u0131 daha fazla yemeye itebilece\u011fini s\u00f6z eden Op. Dr. A. Murat Koca, \u201cBu durumdan \u00e7ok kilosu olan \u015fah\u0131slar daha fazla etkilenip vakitle daha fazla i\u00e7e kapan\u0131k, \u00f6z itimad\u0131 eksik ve depresyonlu hale gelebilir. Sonu\u00e7ta yemek yemenin denetimi ortadan kalk\u0131nca \u00e7ok ve denetimsiz yeme hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Ayr\u0131yeten Huzursuz Ba\u011f\u0131rsak Sendromuyla (\u0130BS) ruhsal durum yak\u0131ndan alakal\u0131d\u0131r. Ruhsal bozuklu\u011fu olanlarda \u0130BS daha s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Huzursuz Ba\u011f\u0131rsak Sendromlu \u015fah\u0131sta uygun bir diyet program\u0131 ile takip d\u00fczenlenmelidir.
